By using the ABENAN site or ordering any service through it, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

ABENAN provides academic and digital support services according to the chosen service and the data or files the customer provides. The customer must describe the request precisely and attach the information needed to carry out the service when required.

The customer undertakes that the information and files they provide are accurate, that they are permitted to use them, and that they contain no infringing material or data they have no right to share.

ABENAN services may not be used for any unlawful purpose, for impersonation, for providing misleading data, for misusing the deliverables, or for any use that conflicts with regulations or the rights of others.

ABENAN carries out the service within the scope described or agreed with the customer. Execution time and delivery method may vary with the service type, the size of the request, the availability of information, or the need for additional review.

ABENAN may refuse or stop any request that is unclear, infringing, involves unlawful use, or requires work outside the scope of the available service.

ABENAN is not responsible for any consequences of the customer using the deliverables outside the agreed scope after delivery. The services provided are not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, or any other specialized professional advice, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The customer must review the deliverables after delivery and inform ABENAN of any note related to the scope of the request within a reasonable period, so it can be handled according to the nature of the service and the approved delivery policy.

ABENAN's academic services are support, organizational, and analytical services; they do not include taking exams or assessments on behalf of a student or researcher. ABENAN does not engage in impersonation or forgery of any kind, does not fabricate results or data presented as real, and does not guarantee academic acceptance or publication in any journal or body. The customer remains responsible for the lawful and academic use of the deliverables and must review them before final use.

These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time as ABENAN's services develop; continued use of the site after an update is published constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
