Payment and refund policy
This policy explains how payment and refunds work at ABENAN, depending on the requested service and the status of the order.
Some ABENAN services have a direct price shown to the customer before completing the order, while others may need review or custom pricing based on the request details, the amount of work, the attached files, or additional requirements.
When online payment is enabled, the price or fees are shown before payment whenever the price is set directly, and the available payment methods may vary with what is enabled on the site.
For services with a direct price, the order is confirmed once payment is completed successfully; an order is not considered complete or ready for execution before payment is confirmed.
For services that need pricing or review, the request may be received first for study, after which the customer is given the price or the appropriate next step before execution begins.
The customer may request a refund if execution of the service has not yet started, or if ABENAN cannot carry out the request for any operational reason. After execution starts, part of the work is delivered, or the service is used, a full refund may not be possible; the case is assessed according to the nature of the service and the stage the order has reached, in line with applicable regulations.
Refunds do not cover cases where the delay or incomplete execution results from missing information from the customer, lack of response, changes to the request requirements after execution starts, or the submission of unclear or unsuitable files.
If there is a clear error by ABENAN within the agreed scope of the service, it is handled by correction, reprocessing, or a partial or full refund, depending on the case.
Refund processing time may vary with the payment method used and the financial institution operating the payment; ABENAN is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or the bank after it has issued the refund.
Any refund request is handled through the official channels listed on the site, stating the order number or its basic details and the reason for the refund.
