Service delivery policy
This policy explains how services are delivered at ABENAN, depending on the requested service, the approved contact or delivery channel, and the order status.
Execution begins once the necessary requirements are complete, such as payment confirmation for services with a direct price, price approval for services that need review or custom pricing, and the availability of the information or files needed to carry out the request.
Delivery time varies with the service type, the amount of work, the clarity of the requirements, the number of files or attachments, and the need for additional review or revision. The customer may be given an estimated time when needed.
Deliverables are sent through the appropriate approved channel for the order, such as email or any official contact channel enabled at ABENAN, according to the sign-in method or contact channel available at the time the service is carried out.
The customer must review the deliverables after delivery and inform ABENAN of any note related to the scope of the request within a reasonable period from the delivery date.
Review or revision covers only what was within the agreed scope of the request. New additions, a change to the idea of the request, or a request for deliverables different from what was agreed may be treated as a new request or an additional service.
An order is considered delivered when the deliverables are sent to the customer through the approved channel, or made available to them in the appropriate way for the nature of the service.
If delivery is not possible because of an error in the customer's data, lack of response, or missing required information, execution or delivery may be delayed until the necessary requirements are complete.
