File deletion and data protection policy
ABENAN treats the files and attachments a customer uploads as data tied to carrying out the service only, not as permanent storage for the customer.
Uploaded files, such as documents, spreadsheets, images, audio recordings, or any other attachments, are used to understand the request, carry out the requested service, and review it when needed.
After the service is completed and delivered, the heavy files and attachments tied to the order are deleted within a set operational period once they are no longer needed, leaving a light administrative record without the original files, such as the service type, order status, payment status, and delivery date.
If a customer starts a request and does not complete it, or leaves the page before finishing the required steps, the draft and its temporary files may be deleted automatically after the session expires or after a period of inactivity.
Uploaded files are not used outside the scope of carrying out the service, and are not shared with parties unrelated to the request, unless necessary for processing, support, or follow-up, and only to the extent needed.
Customers are advised not to upload files containing highly sensitive data or information unnecessary for the service. It is also preferable to remove or hide any data the ABENAN team does not need to understand the request.
ABENAN may keep some light records for administrative, accounting, or operational purposes, without keeping heavy attachments once they are no longer operationally needed.
The customer may contact ABENAN to ask about their files or request deletion of whatever can be deleted, subject to the order status, the stage of execution, and any operational or accounting obligations tied to it.
